The room was very clean and comfortable, and I was delighted to have a view of Taksim Square, which was a great bonus. All the facilities in the hotel were well-maintained and clean, meeting my expectations. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of items, though there is room for improvement in terms of variety. For example, options like omelets could be added to enhance the offering. That said, the breakfast was still sufficient for my needs, and I enjoyed it. In summary, I had a fantastic time at the hotel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I travel to Istanbul in the future. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

I stayed at Urban Taksim hotel for two weeks and was blown away by the welcoming and helpful staff. The receptionists, in particular Oguzhan and Duray were so helpful and always with a smile. They assisted me during a challenging situation offering support and guidance when I needed it most. Highly recommend this place for its excellent service and warm atmosphere!

First off all, they gave me the room before my check in time at 4:00 AM knowing that my check in starts at 12:00 o’clock The staff is very friendly and helpful The room was big, a kind of suite The towels odor is very sweet and they are clean Every day they do the cleaning and change the bed Very secure and comfortable

Location and hotel services were excellent. Staff were very helpful and courteous especially Mr. Selami Kurhan who granted us extra time during our check out. Breakfast spread was very good with a variety of items included. Dining hall was spacious with a good view.
